Choux Lab is all about love and passion which reflects in our work. It's a great Canadian story of a business run by two immigrants who come from different worlds. This is our first small business without any business experience and little to no guidance along the way. We are very proud of how far we've come and we really appreciate the support of each and every one of our customers. We, by no means, take anything for granted so we continue to put our heart and soul into everything we do.
Originally from Vietnam, Hana learned baking at George Brown, Toronto, including pâte à choux, which is how she came up with the idea of Choux Lab. She completed 5 years in Canada when she decided to start her own business. When not working, she loves to just be connected to nature.
Manny is originally from India and moved to Canada back in 2018. With zero baking skills, he is usually found at the shop packing boxes and handling the nitty gritty side of things. He has a day job as an IT Manager and loves all-things-football and meeting new people.
